Peace and harmonic balance can be achieved through opening your mind to learning the truth, meditating, centering yourself and your spiritual energies, disconnecting from what appears to be and seeing what is, feeling and sensing through the collective, maintaining a healthy diet and good relationships with all those around you. The world we live in today tries to inhibit any real success of achieving this goal, but only because people let it because they don't know any better. Learn about the powers you have within, learn what you can do with those powers, and practice it within your life to enrich every aspect. Our time is limited in this body, so absorb all you can through your valuable soul, and never doubt you have a life force within you that allows all this to be possible!  :)
